Our on-ground team is - composed of knowledgeable and competent director of operations, administer, travel guides, drivers with a combined experience of over two decades in the industry, we definitely mean business when it comes to tours, travel, missions and volunteer opportunities.

We organize and execute custom made safaris for individuals, family, groups, honeymooners etc. Our packages and itineraries are all designed with your best experience and enjoyment as topmost on our minds. We facilitate missionaries and humanitarian activities by providing professional logistical services to make your work in Africa and mission glitch less. Our support services include, arranging airport pick-ups, affordable ground transportation all the while you are here. Arranging convenient and cost friendly accommodations within your budget range. Whether your preference is a hotel, guest house or Airbnb for long haul stays, we will do this for you so you can concentrate on your main mission.

 

Cross Culture Services

 

Sometimes working cross cultures can be challenging in communication, managing expectations versus realities. We provide go cross culture services, between you and your local partners to streamline expectations to make sure everything is legit and in good order for your stay.

 

Language Interpretation and culture shock absorbers. Although it is exciting to be/work in a new culture, it can be as well challenging dealing with a new culture without preparation. Some of the culture shocks can be as big as etiquette and social norms or as small as language barriers.

 

Coming to a mission costs much time, resources and your convenience, you don't want something as small as a language to become a barrier to your mission success. Wild Heart does not only have tour guides but culture guides and language interpreters as well to make sure everything works out as smoothly as possible for our clients.

 

Voluntourism and Sustainable Communities

 

Wild Heart is at the center stage in promoting and building sustainable communities through voluntourism (Tourism + volunteerism). We believe the world is one big village and we are all neighbors, despite the different cultures and languages. We care about our communities, the people and social causes. These are in the areas we serve in our voluntourism program,

 

Education-serving with schools that serve underprivileged children.

 

Business development -serving marginalized groups of people and communities through business enterprise to empower them through their CBO’s. These include women groups, Youth groups, teenage mothers etc.

 

Medical/Specialized skills-we arrange and facilitate medical camps and other specialized skills and take them where they are most needed. These can take the form of dental camps, optical camps, vocational skills, building, agriculture etc

 

Elderly and vulnerable groups outreach

 

We organize outreaches to the most vulnerable members of our communities/societies to lend a hand up. These include elderly people, children and other groups. We create food banks and other basic life requirements to reach out and serve them. We create strategic and meaningful volunteer opportunities and create partnerships to oversee growth of these.
